Bohyme Hair Extensions

I have been a little MIA lately and it is because my sweet baby boy is here! He was born on Jan.11 and I couldn’t be more in love. I shot this tutorial a couple weeks back and am so excited to be sharing it today.

Bohyme hair extensions are a HUGE favorite of mine. I have fine hair and it is impossible for me to achieve certain looks without the help of extensions. Here I am wearing the 22″ clip ins in BL22. I had them custom colored with some lowlights to match my hair exactly. One thing I love about these extensions is how full they are. My extensions are about 8″ longer than my hair and still look thick at the bottom, which makes a huge difference in how natural they look. This hairstyle was super easy to achieve with these extensions and I hope you try it out!

First, I clipped in all of the wefts from one pack of Bohyme clip in extensions. I start clipping them in from the bottomĀ of my hair and work my way up. I usually end with the top extensions a couple inches down from my part. That way you can’t see the clips when my hair moves throughout the day.

Second, I curled my hair and the extensions with a 1 inch curling iron. I decided to wrap my hair around the barrel which created more of a wave instead of ringlet curls. I always curl away from my face.

Last, I took the top section of my hair (I included some of the extensions as well) and secured it in the back with a clear elastic. I braided down about 7 inches and secured with another elastic. Because I included some of the extensions in the braid I was able to pull it apart and make it look thicker than it actually is. Without the extensions my braids would never look like this.

I absolutely love how this look turned out and can’t wait to feature more hairstyles with my Bohyme extensions!

Thanks for reading! xo
